Kotak Nifty AAA Bond Jun 2025 HTM Index Fund to Merge with Kotak Income Plus Arbitrage FOF

Kotak Mutual Fund has announced the merger of Kotak Nifty AAA Bond Jun 2025 HTM Index Fund into Kotak Income Plus Arbitrage FOF, effective June 30, 2025. 
As a result of this merger, Kotak Nifty AAA Bond Jun 2025 HTM Index Fund will cease to exist, and its unitholders will become unitholders of Kotak Income Plus Arbitrage FOF.

Exit Window: Unitholders of Kotak Nifty AAA Bond Jun 2025 HTM Index Fund who do not favor this merger can exit or switch their investments without any exit load between June 01, 2025 and June 30, 2025.
