Investors can move the money invested in an ELSS fund to another fund only after the lock-in expires...

I have been investing Rs 1,500 in Canara Robeco Diversified Equity and Rs 1,000 in HDFC Taxsaver - G for the last 3 years. I'm not satisfied with the returns from HDFC Taxsaver. Should I switch to Axis Long-term Equity?

HDFC Taxsaver is an ELSS fund, which come with a lock-in period of 3 years. This means that you won't be able to move the invested money that hasn't completed the lock-in. however; you can stop investing in HDFC Taxsaver and begin fresh investments in Axis Long-term Equity, which is an impressive fund.
