HDFC Mutual Fund has announced the merger of HDFC FMP 1162D March 2022 into HDFC Banking and PSU Debt Fund, effective May 19, 2025.
As a result of this merger, HDFC FMP 1162D March 2022 will cease to exist, and its unitholders will become unitholders of HDFC Banking and PSU Debt Fund.
Exit Window: Unitholders of HDFC FMP 1162D March 2022 who do not favor this merger can exit or switch their investments without any exit load between April 17, 2025, and May 16, 2025.
