
Bandhan Mutual Fund has announced some changes in the fundamental attributes of Bandhan All Seasons Bond Fund:

The scheme name will change from Bandhan All Seasons Bond Fund to Bandhan Income Plus Arbitrage Fund of Funds.
- The updated investment objective has shifted from seeking optimal returns through debt funds of Bandhan AMC to generating long-term capital appreciation via debt and arbitrage funds of the fund house.
- The Scheme benchmark will change from 'NIFTY Medium Duration Debt Index A-III' to 'NIFTYComposite Debt Index (60%) + Nifty 50 Arbitrage Index (TRI) (40%)'
- The riskometer will change from 'Moderate Risk' to 'Low to Moderate Risk'
These changes will come into effect from January 28, 2025.
As per the regulatory requirements, unitholders have been given a 32-day exit window from December 27, 2024 to January 27, 2025. Investors who do not consent to these changes have an option to either switch or redeem their investments without paying any exit load during the period. No action is required to be taken by investors who don't have any objection to the proposed change.
