Navi Mutual Fund to merge Conservative Hybrid Fund into Aggressive Hybrid Fund

Navi Mutual Fund has announced the merger of Navi Conservative Hybrid Fund (merging scheme) into Navi Aggressive Hybrid Fund (surviving scheme). The merger will take effect on November 15, 2024.

An exit option has been given to all existing unit holders of the merging scheme and the surviving scheme. This window is valid for a period of 30 days, from October 15 to November 14, 2024, wherein investors who do not agree with these changes can redeem their units at the applicable Net Asset Value without paying any exit load.
