IDFC FTS 1 and 2: Change In Sectoral Allocation

IDFC Mutual Fund has announced changes in the sectoral limit of IDFC Fixed Term Series 1 and 2.

The scheme would not invest more than 30% of the net assets in any sector. However, this shall not be applicable for Public Financial Institutions if the investment in respect of the 30% limit is only AAA(long term) and A1+(Short Term)rated NBFC(issuer).

Moreover, the exemption that was provided earlier to the T Bills, G Sec, Bank CD and CBLO to invest amount exceeding 30% of the net assets in any sector has been withdrawn.
