I had made a bank fixed deposit 2 years back, which will be maturing now. Will I get returns from it as per new the interest rates or the rates that were prevailing when I had made the FD?

A fixed deposit is one kind of a contract between you and your bank, which fixes the interest that you will earn at the time of investing your money. Hence, you will get returns as per the rates that were prevailing at the time when you had made the FD.
