Suprajit Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2017, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 0.60 per share of Re. 1/- each (60%) for the year 2016-17 in addition to the 50% Interim Dividend already paid by the Company.
