Glodyne is a technology infrastructure management services (T-IMS) player. The company has grown 20 times in revenue terms in last five years with decent margins. In 2010, it aquired a North America based IMS company, DecisionOne Corporation, giving itself a global footprint leading to half of its revenues getting generated offshore. It's an active player in the PPP models of state governments. Recently, it executed e-shakti card project in Bihar where the scheme will provide banking facility to the e-shakti's 25 million MNREGS project beneficiaries.
Government's focus on financial inclusion, major dependence on technology for its execution and emergence of technologies like cloud computing paves a good way of growth for Glodyne. Though we have seen a sharp upmove in the stock price this month, the valuations for this rapidly growing technology counter are still compelling. One can start nibbling at current levels.
