12 months back, I had started SIPs of Rs 10,000 in HDFC Top 200. The 12 months have ended, but the money still gets deducted. Do I have to give separate instructions to stop the SIP? Please also tell me how the transaction fee of Rs 100 is charged, on every SIP or once on the total amount?

It is possible that the ECS mandate given by you is open-ended. You might think the investment mandate was registered for 12 months, but it could be for a longer period. Contact the fund company to review and stop the same. The transaction fee is charged once on your SIPs, but it is not applicable if the SIP amount is less than Rs 10,000.
