I had invested in Reliance Diversified Power Sector and DSP BlackRock TIGER in January 2008. I am facing heavy losses in both of them. Should I redeem my investments?

Yes, you should redeem your investments. And remember to stay away from thematic and sectoral funds in the future. Invest in diversified equity funds instead.
