I had invested Rs 1.5 lakh in 1996 in Golden Forest. But I haven't received anything from it yet.

Golden Forest was one of the biggest frauds we had witnessed during the 90s. After it, new laws were made for plantation companies and they were brought under the SEBI's regulation. A lot of investors of Golden Forest have received relief from these new laws. We would advise you to consult SEBI regarding the status of Golden Forest.
