HDFC Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend under the normal as well as quarterly dividend option of HDFC FMP 370D September 2010 (2). The quantum of dividend for both the options will be entire distributable surplus as on the record date. The record date has been fixed as October 19, 2011.
