HDFC Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend under the normal dividend and quarterly dividend option of HDFC FMP 370D September 2010 (1). The quantum of dividend will be entire distributable surplus as on the record date.
The record date has been fixed as September 19, 2011.
