I have three different SIPs in Reliance Regular Savings Equity for Rs 1,000 each on the 10th, 18th and 28th of every month. Is this the right approach to investing?

Investing through SIPs is a disciplined approach to regular investing. You should base the frequency of your SIP contributions on your convenience and cash flows. There is nothing to prove that staggering monthly SIPs over different dates is better than a monthly SIP on a single date. Select your SIP option based on your investment time frame and convenience to invest. For instance for a three or four year horizon, a monthly SIP is just fine.
