Selecting a Gold ETF

All you need to get started with investing is to have a demat account

Can you please let me know if I can invest in Axis MF Gold ETF. I am planning for a long time investment of 20 years. Is this a good fund?

There can be some apprehensions about investing in gold at these levels. However, it is one asset class that has been faring very well in recent years. Make sure gold does not account for more than 5-10 per cent of your investment portfolio. Moreover, you should be aware that you will need to have a demat account to invest in ETFs. There is little to choose between any of the gold ETFs, you can pick any fund that you wish to.
