Fidelity FMP - Series III - Plan B: Dividend Declaration

Fidelity Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend under the dividend option of Fidelity Fixed Maturity Plan - Series III - Plan B.

The AMC will be distributing the entire net distributable surplus as dividend. The record date is November 25, 2010.
