April 15, 2010 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under HDFC FMP 18M October 2008 (1) - Retail and Wholesale (Dividend option), Retail and Wholesale ( Quarterly Dividend option).
The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
