Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividends under the dividend Option of following schemes:

1. Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan – Series BG - Retail and Institutional Plan.
2. Birla Sun Life Quarterly Interval Fund – Series 6

The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date .The record date is October 20, 2009.
