Birla Sun Life FTP - Series BC: Dividend Declaration

September 24, 2009 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under Birla Sun Life FTP - Series BC - Retail and Institutional plans. The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
