July 27, 2009 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under HDFC FMP 370D July 2008 (2) - Retail Normal and Quarterly Dividend. The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
