Reliance MF: Dividends under two fixed income schemes

May 11, 2009 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under the following schemes of Reliance MF:

1. Reliance FHF Plan C Series II - Retail and Institutional plans
2. Reliance FHF VIII Series 2 - Retail and Institutional plans

The quantum of the declarations will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
