May 11, 2009 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under the following schemes of Kotak MF:
1. Kotak FMP 17M Sr 1 - Retail and Institutional plans
2. Kotak FMP 14M Sr 4 - Retail and Institutional plans
The quantum of the declarations will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
