LIC MF has proposed to change the name of LICMF Short Term Plan to LICMF Savings Plus Fund. Other changes are as follows:
Dividend Payout Frequency: Daily (payment of weekly basis), Weekly and Monthly
Minimum Investment: Rs. 5000/-
Benchmark Index: Crisil Liquid Index
The changes are effective from January 01, 2008. Earlier, the scheme was benchmarked against Crisil Short Term Index and offered only Monthly dividend payment while the minimum application amount was Rs. 10,000/-.
