December 19, 2008 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividends under ICICI Pru Growth Plan. The quantum of the declaration will be 10%, or Re. 1 per unit. The NAV of the dividend option as on December 11, 2008 was Rs. 13.14 per unit.
