ICICI Pru MF has approved December 15, 2008 as the record date for declaration of dividends under the following of its plans:
1. ICICI Pru Interval Fund II - Quarterly Plan E (Retail and Institutional plans).
2. ICICI Pru Interval Fund - Quarterly Plan II (Institutional plan).
The quantum of dividends will be 100% of the distributable surplus as available on the record date.
