DBS Chola MF has notified changes in the load structure applicable under some of its schemes. The changes, applicable from November 17, 2008, are as follows:

I. Scheme(s):
1. DBS Chola Growth Fund
2. DBS Chola Midcap Fund
3. DBS Chola Opportunities Fund
4. DBS Chola Contra Fund
5. DBS Chola Multi Cap Fund
6. DBS Chola Global Advantage Fund
7. DBS Chola DBS Chola Hedged Equity Fund

Entry Load: 2.25% for investments upto Rs. 2 crores.
Exit Load: 1% if units are redeemed within 6 months, 0.50% if units are redeemed after 6 months but within 1 year.

II. Scheme(s):
DBS Chola Tax Saver Fund

Entry Load: 2.25% for investments upto Rs. 2 crores.
Exit Load: NIL.

III. Scheme(s): DBS Chola Interval Income Fund - Monthly Plan A

Entry Load: NIL
Exit Load: 1.50% if units are redeemed on any other day other than during the specified transaction period.
