IDFC MF has declared dividends under the following of its schemes, and
has decided November 11, 2008 as the record date for the same:
1. IDFC Arbitrage Fund (Plan A and Plan B)
Quantum of dividend: Rs. 0.06 per unit.
2. IDFC FMP Quarterly Series 38
Quantum of dividend: 100% of the distributable surplus as available on
the record date.
2. IDFC FMP Monthly Series 7
Quantum of dividend: 100% of the distributable surplus as available on
the record date.
