ING Quarterly Interval Plan C has declared dividends under its Retail (monthly and regular dividend options) and Institutional (monthly and regular dividend options) plans.
The quantum of the same is 100% of the distributable surplus as available on October 22,
2008, being the record date.
Further, the specified transaction period for the aforesaid plans shall be October 23,
2008.
