Mr. Ninad Deshpande, who managed many fixed income funds at Franklin Templeton, has left the organisation. Effective April 29, 2008, the following funds will be managed by Mr. Pallab Roy:

1. Templeton Quarterly Interval Plan
2. Franklin Templeton Capital Protection oriented Fund (Debt Portion)
3. Templeton Fixed Horizon Fund- Series I
4. Templeton Fixed Horizon Fund- Series II
5. Templeton Fixed Horizon Fund- Series III
6. Templeton Fixed Horizon Fund- Series IV
7. Templeton Fixed Horizon Fund- Series VII
8. Templeton Fixed Horizon Fund- Series VIII
