Appointment of M/s AK Chadda & Co. Chartered Accountants Chandigarh (FRN. 008683N) as a statutory Auditor of the Company w.e.f. December 13 2019 to fill the casual vacancy due to the resignation of M/s. Amit K Arora & Co. Chartered Accountants Panchkula (FRN: 021372N) as a statutory Auditor subject to the approval of Shareholders.
Acceptance of resignation tendered by Mr. Jitender Singh Rathi from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer dated 12th December 2019.
