This has reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Clause 9 of the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company.
The Stock Exchange and the Insiders are hereby informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Insiders of the Company will be closed from July 1 2021 till 48 hours after the date of the Board Meeting wherein the Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2021 would be considered and approved.
Insiders are hereby advised not to carry out any transaction in the Shares of the Company during this period.
Non-Compliance of the above attracts disciplinary action/penalty by SEBI.
