In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by the Designated persons the Trading Window close period has commenced from April 05 2019 and will end 48 hours after the said Financial Statements are made public on May 23 2019.
