Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations 2015 read with Schedule III thereto this is to inform you that the Company through its wholly owned subsidiary namely Novak Hotels Pvt Ltd Mumbai has exercised the Buy Option under the Framework Agreement dated 11th August 2023 as amended to acquire Hyatt Regency Mumbai hotel from Asian Hotels (West) Ltd New Delhi.This is for your information and dissemination purpose.
