We wish to inform that in pursuant of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulation 2018 and Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading Window for dealing in Securities / Shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st July 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results by the Company for the First Quater ending June 30 2026.
