The company's lead antibody product candidate, belrestotug, an antagonist of... T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), as well as engages the Fc gamma receptor to activate dendritic cells, natural killer cells, T lymphocytes, and macrophages and to promote the release of cytotoxic granules and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity activity. Its product pipeline also includes inupadenant, a next-generation A2AR antagonist program; EOS-984, a small molecule targeting equilibrative nucleoside transporter 1 (ENT1) to reverse immunosuppression and restore T cell proliferation in the tumor microenvironment; and EOS-215, a monoclonal antibody which antagonizes triggering receptor expressed on triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2.
