Established in 2003, Chandan Healthcare Ltd operates a vast diagnostic network in North India, primarily across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The company specializes in pathology and radiology diagnostic services, offering a wide range of 1,496 tests, including 481 routine pathology tests and 1,015 specialized pathology tests, along with 545 radiology tests. As of December 31, 2024, it has one flagship laboratory, nine central laboratories, and twenty-seven satellite centers, along with more than three hundred collection centers. The company also has a subsidiary, Chandan Pharmacy Limited (CPL), which was incorporated in 2017 and operates 31 pharmacy stores across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. CPL contributes significantly to revenue through the sale of pharmaceuticals, FMCG products, and surgical supplies.
