In 2022, the operations were consolidated and incorporated under Davin Sons Retail Limited. The transition marked a shift from solely garment manufacturing to also engaging in FMCG product distribution. The company operates in two primary business verticals: Manufacturing of Readymade Garments and Distribution of FMCG Products. The company specializes in men’s apparel, including jeans, denim jackets, and various styles of shirts, such as striped, checked, and denim. Under the FMCG segment, the company distributes a wide range of packaged goods, including biscuits, non-alcoholic energy drinks, tea, chocolates, chips, and edible oils.
