About Three M Paper Boards Company

Three M Paper Boards Limited (TMPBL), founded in July 1989, specializes in manufacturing recycled paper-based Duplex Board products. These products are widely used in packaging applications across various industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and consumer goods. The company emphasizes sustainability, utilizing 100% recycled waste paper to produce biodegradable products. Its focus on innovation extends to both product development and manufacturing processes. TMPBL's headquarters is located in Mumbai, with its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. This facility, situated on 20 acres of leasehold land and connected to a broad-gauge railway line, had a total manufacturing capacity of 72,000 metric tons per annum (TPA) as of FY 2023–24. The company plans to expand its production capacity by setting up a new 400 TPD Duplex Machine, with an estimated project cost of INR 400 Crore, funded through debt, internal accruals, and equity participation.
