qsif Hybrid Long-Short Fund - Direct Plan invests in a mix of equity and fixed-income securities. While the fund is mandated to invest minimum 25 per cent each in equity & debt, the proportion of the two is dynamically managed and may keep varying depending on the market outlook of the fund manager. These funds can take up to 25 per cent short exposure through unhedged equity / debt derivative positions, depending on where the fund management team expects maximum gains.
