About Franklin India Low Duration Fund - Regular Plan
Franklin India Low Duration Fund - Regular Plan is a debt mutual fund scheme of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund. Launched on March 06, 2025, it is currently managed by Rahul Goswami, Rohan Maru and Chandni Gupta. The fund has an expense ratio of 0.74% with an overall AUM (Assets Under Management) of ₹399 Cr.
Franklin Templeton Low Duration Fund - Regular Plan is mandated to invest in bonds such that the duration of the portfolio is between six to twelve months, and therefore it is suitable to invest in for a similar time frame. The fund allows minimum lumpsum investment of ₹1,000 and minimum SIP of ₹500.
Investment Strategy
The scheme seeks to generate income by investing in debt and money market instruments, with Macaulay duration of the portfolio between 6 to 12 months. However, there is no assurance that the investment objective of the Scheme will be achieved.
