Bhuwalka Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on September 19, 2015 has approved the extension of 33rd Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2014-15 and authorised Shri. Ajay Kumar Bhuwalka, Managing Director to apply for necessary approval from respective authorities for holding the AGM beyond the due date.
