Pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of Avantel Limited (the Company) at its meeting held today i.e. 22nd January 2021 has approved the appointment of Shri Abburi Sidhartha Sagar as Additional Director (Non-Executive and Non Independent Director) of the Company.
