We wish to inform you that Ms. Vijayalaxmi Chief Operating Officer of the Company has resigned from the Company vide her resignation letter dated March 6 2019 due to personal reasons.
Further in accordance with the applicable Regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect till the end of business hours on Friday 8th Day of March 2019. The same has been intimated to all the Directors KMPs and Designated Personnel of the Company.
