With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 30, 2014 regarding Financial Results with Results Press Release & Auditors Report for March 31, 2014, Tanla Solutions Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company have noticed a clerical error in the Stand-alone figures of the Statement of Assets & Liabilities for the period ended on March 31, 2014 and hence are re-submitting the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2014 after rectifying the error.
