In continuation of earlier intimation dated May 19 2026 (Outcome of Board Meeting) pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the Company has fixed Friday July 31 2026 as Record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members for the Final Dividend of Rs. 2/- per share (40%) of face value of Rs. 5 /- each for the Financial Year 2025-26 as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 19 2026.
