In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we write to advise that the Board of Directors of the Company (Board) at their meeting held on 28th June 2019:
1. Appointed Dr. Gyan Prakash Govil as an Additional Independent Director of the Company and
2. Approved change in designation of Mr. Vivek Garg from Whole time Director to Non-Executive Director of the Company both with effect from 28th June 2019.
