ASM Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 06, 2017, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per share, ie 25% on the par value of Rs. 10/- per share for the financial year 2016-17, the payment is subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General meeting.
