Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday the May 25 2021 at Chennai to consider and approve amongst others the Audited Financial Results (both standalone & consolidated) for the quarter & financial year ended March 31 2021.
In view of the above as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of the Company the trading window for dealing in the Companys equity shares by the designated persons and their immediate relatives (as defined in the said code) shall remain closed with effect from the end of March 31 2021 to the end of May 27 2021.
