Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Promoter have appointed Non-Executive Independent Directors i.e. Mr. Ravani Mohammed Abdul Khader and Mr. Kader Mohammed Davawala as Additional Directors w.e.f. January 25, 2016 Under Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013 who shall hold office till the Directors are appointed by the Company in the next General Meeting.
